- If a customer finds something – ideally ask them to drop it to the station which is on the arrivals road ( right beside the ID centre)
- Opening hours Monday to Saturday 7am to 7pm
- Opening hours Sunday 7am to 3pm
- Outside of opening hours there is a phone on the wall – if the customer lifts that an airport police person will come to them to take the item
- If a customer finds something and it unable to return to the office with it – Please call 01 8144300 and Police Control will come to them to take the item
- If a customer is trying to find an item, they should visit the Dublin airport website and search for their item. If they cannot find it, they can enter details for the item they are searching for in the event it is handed in thereafter
- Dublin Airport does not deal with any property lost or left on board aircraft, or with any queries relating to checked in baggage. All such matters are the responsibility of the airline or its ground handling agent.
- Terms of collection:
- There is a €10 handling charge payable for each lost item returned to its owner.
- An item may be posted to its owner for an additional cost.
- A valid photo ID will be required for inspection when collecting lost property.
- In relation to items lost on a shuttle bus – hopefully we will get a steer from Joann
